NO TYPE OF TANNING IS GOOD FOR YOU.... ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR AGE, BY THE TIME YOU HIT YOUR EARLY 20'S YOU WILL START NOTICING IT IN YOUR SKIN. IF YOU STILL DO IT WITHOUT TAKING ANY OF THE ADVICE PEOPLE GAVE YOU.. THE ONLY THING I COULD SAY IS GOD-BLESS YOU AND HOPEFULLY YOU WONT REGRET IT IN THE FUTURE WHEN YOU REALIZE IT THAT'S IS TO LATE TO GET TREATMENT FOR SKIN CANCER...

IM NOT TRYING TO SCARE YOU IM GIVING YOU MY OPINION...

If you're talking about in a tanning bed, then the answer is NO. Do not start tanning in a bed. There are spray tans at salons, those are perfectly healthy for you. However the upkeep is expensive. You could try at home tanners. St. Tropez Mousse is an AMAZING tanner that I just recently discovered. Everyone is always asking me if I just got back from vacation with this stuff!!! I highly recommend it!! It also comes with "remover" for your palms so they dont look weird. Hope this helps!!

Nah go to the beach ,that is healthy and varied exsposure ,
salon tanning gets to the eyes and misses a lot ,
but for the beach put on suntan because it is much stronger, depending on where you are
