I usually wear a bit of white like this every day. It makes the eyes appear wider and gives the illusion of whiter looking eyes. I also use a white eye liner on the inside rims of my bottom lashes- this opens up the eyes also.
Experiment with how much white you use and exactly where you position it: too close to your tear ducts and too little can make your eyes appear smaller but too much and too far onto the edge of your nasal bone and your nose will appear huge.
Try using a white eyeliner and colouring in theis section- once you get used to wearing it you can start using shimmers and shadows instead of the liner.

Yeah its pretty, it brings out lighter features, so you should balance it by having dark all around the eyes except for this and light lip color. It would also work with brown to black hair, blonde would look too light. Red hair would also work well, but w/e hair you have, it should be straight

White in the corners and on the top right under the brow is supposes to give you a wide open eye look. It brightens so you don't look half asleep.

This look is very tricky I would imagine. I'm guessing the white/shimmery make-up is to make it "pop". Contrasting maybe. Carefull don't go overboard! I hope this isn't an "everyday" look for you!

hmmm,it is like very kool and pretty makeup,and it may like bring out your lashes,hm or maybe the colors of your eye,its kool,but i would go 2 either a pro. to get it down and then buy the products,you may even try M*A*C

this makes your eyes look larger than they really are, by extending the white of your eye. its a nice trick, it works well.
