An anatomical reference to multiple orifices in the same vicinity on a certain gender of the human genus. Typically a 'shock' response is seen when this maneuver is exercised, sometimes resulting in a slap from the 'shockee' to the face of the 'shocker.'

Ok . . . if you make a hand, and you have your index and middle finger out and the pinky finger, it's the pinky finger.

Why is the pinky finger called "the shocker?" Because if you were to use the other two fingers on a certain part of female anatomy, and that pinky finger slipped into another part of female anatomy, it would certainly shock her.
