Want to be a inventer ehhh. Well I would suggest you choose an area like engineering. Perphaps computer engineering. The difficulty in the ideas you are talking about lies in developing the algorithms (programming) that controls these devices and makes them autonomous. My suggestion is do well in math and science class, the inventions will come at a later time.....

a way to get groceries from your car to your kitchen without having to make 10 trips back and forth, and bags tearing, etc.
an exercize machine that is so easy, it's almost like relaxing, but it's still burning calories and making muscles. Maybe it has a built in tv and I pod and computer too.
