articchick, Saddam did not violate any treaties or UN resolutions. If he had, the UN would have voided the ceasefire and authorized Bush's war.

Overthrow the government of move out of the country.
For another answer: Supporting the troops does not mean supporting the mission. I support anyone who is putting their life in danger for a cause they believe in, but I am far from supporting America's actions at this point in time. They are many soldiers fighting who DON'T agree with the mission, but they are fulfilling a contract they signed and fighting to defend their country.

I don't think this was unprovoked at all. Saddam violated treaties he signed after the Gulf War.Violated cease-fires with us, too - so how is this unprovoked?

If GW does ever start an "Unprovoked War" we will rise up and Impeach him.
Thank God he hasn't done this and he has no plans to do this.
God Bless America and God Bless George W. Bush.

Has he launched one yet? Afghanistan harbored the Taliban, which attacked us. Iraq refused to allow us to confirm that they had disarmed, as they were obligated to do at the end of Desert Storm. However, if you don't want us to invade Iran, I suggest you and all the other civilized people send Aboomijihad a nice perfumed love letter asking him to please end his nuclear program.
