I have seen a few, and sensed more than a few.
The first one I saw was while I was driving. It was a road trip, I was alone and having some fairly deep conversations with myself at this point. I started praying and asking God to prove to me if ghosts were real. it was less than a minute later when along the road, literally in the middle of nowhere, I saw a man dressed in clothing from the early 1900's walking towards me on the highway. He was straight faced and causally swinging a metal lunch box. As I drove by all that was there was foggy mist.
I have seen two or three other entities since.

I believe ghosts and spirits are demons pretending to be people who have died.
Yes I have had an experience with them. I had a nightmare that was so vivid and real I will never forget it the rest of my life. At the end of the dream it was a demon that killed my bird. I heard in my sleep the sound of the bird fall off its perch to the ground.
When I woke up in the morning my bird was dead. Freaked me right out.
Its the only time I have ever had something strange happen. And I am sure there are people who think I am crazy or confused but no way I am sane and certain.

I have two stories from different times in my life.
I was little (9 yo I think) and laying in bed I looked at the closet and there was a man standing in the doorway. He was wearing a red plaid shirt. He turned and it seemed like something hit him and then he started to fall and disappeared. When my folks pulled the carpet up the floor had a cutout in it in the closet. Kinda weird.
The other is in the last house I lived in we had a little spirit that would open and close the door to the basement/garage. You could hear a ball bouncing in the garage and hear laughter during the evening. I had to keep a baby gate up because I was scared our son would fall down the stairs and one day the gate was moved clear to the basement (after I just put it up) and our son still didn't go near the door. I freaked out and tried to pull the door shut and it was stuck mid air. I got scared.

Yes, I believe in them. When I was about 7 years old, I was in my bedroom lying in bed and trying to sleep. I saw something out of the corner of my eye and I looked to the corner of the room where my dresser was and an image in a reddish colored invisible hue of an Indian/Native American in full head dress with feathers and wearing the beaded chest plate "floated" outward from the corner, passing through my dresser. He just stood there staring forward and not looking at me for what seemed like 5 minutes. I remember that I wasn't scared at all, I was more fascinated. The image eventually dissipated into the air. I've always remembered that image like it was yesterday. Through the years, I have never been able to understand the significance of seeing this image. I feel as though it was a spirit rather than a ghost.
Take care.

oh i definatly do.
there is a tunnel near my house a few friends and i always go to.
a girl was supposidly hit by a car in that tunnel. so we went in there and my friend recited some saying that was supposed to bring out the spirit. he then said, i would like to ask some questions, one drip means yes, 2 drips means no. he began asking things that we already knew the answer to and the drips were falling in correct correspondance. now on a small note, the only times we ever heard a drip was when a question was asked
the next question: are you alone in here?--2 drips. spirit of the driver? later visits seem to confirm this to be a male in here too.
final question: do you want us to help you home?--one drip
he begins to tell of the light and how she should see her family and all that, then a car was comming to the tunnel so we had to go off to the side. we go back to the middle and asked if she was there... no answer. i look straight out the end of the tunnel and i see a black figure walk accross the end. my friend then asked if she would like us to leave...a loud single drop right next to us. we all began to make our way out of the tunnel when someone said they saw feet with a flowing dress approaching him. we had made many more visits to lojacks tunnel after this and almost always something has happened. the worst things happen when we park the car in the middle

yep...and I live in a haunted house....but because I am spiritual and because I have small children and because "Greater is He that is in me than he who is in the world," and "What is bound on earth will be bound in heaven and what is bound in heaven will be bound on earth," I have blessed my home so that we will not be frightened. You see, in order for any of the spiritual stuff to happen, it needs permission from God or you. I feel a presence that seems protective not oppressive and I bless the corner of my children's rooms with an angel and I truly have faith in my Lord, Jesus Christ. I suppose if I wanted to see a 'ghost' all I would have to do is ask, but then I would be opening the door to all kinds of spiritual havoc. I believe to be 'out of the body is to be present with the Lord' and anything floating around has not found its way to the Lord or is evil....remember, the devil comes as an angel of light...an evil spirit can tell you it is safe and can probably quote the Bible better than most people (the demons know the Word better than most Christians because they are still subject to what God allows) but an evil spirit is just that....evil.....I don't want to take chances with my family and certainly don't want to tempt the Lord my God....so, I don't play around with fire...and we are all very happy in our home as Bible believing, born again Catholics who receive Communion and take our spirituality seriously. Don't play around with this stuff....it could be the worst decsion you ever made.

Ghosts must not like me very much, because I've never seen a one. Never had the hair on the back of my neck stand up, never heard any bumps in the night, nothing. Almost makes me think that they don't exist or something.

I had a summer of poltergeists back in the mid-90s. Are they pests? Yes, indeed. With clanging, banging sounds, walking up the stair sounds, the crashing, breaking millions of panes of glass sounds, the tugging on my clothes, and the sensing of the spirits as they entered my conscious...I had enough and took authority over the house in Jesus' name and they don't bother me too much anymore.
When I would meditate deeply, they returned and bugged me some more, so I quit and now they leave me alone. Something about focused thought (like in meditation or visualization) attracts them to me.

I'd keep listing but I think the point is made. When you write a question, it shows you questions just like yours. How many "Do you believe in ghosts/spirits" and "What is your ghost story" questions do we need to have? I answered one already and it was long I guess I can cut and paste it over and over again each time this question pops up every hour...
Course if we could get everyone to just put their answers together, we'd not have to read 20 questions asking the same thing to hear all your cool stories.
