You are not ready because you are asking permission. That's like saying I want to but I'm not sure I'm old enough .Wait until you are older.
Before moving to this next step learn all the facts. birth control etc... Remember that your actions today will affect you for the rest of your life. No one wants a unexpected pregnancy or STD etc...Learn the facts and follow your gut.. If you are unsure, nervous , or have that feeling you shouldn't ( maybe that's why your asking for a age ...stop wait until you are ready..) You have your entire life. Dont let them pressure you ..Dont feel that you have to keep up with all your friends.that may be all they are after. you dont want a kid at such a young age. I hope this helps

This is not the kind of question you can just Yahoo! and they will have a chart saying ok 1st base: this age, 2nd base: this age, etc... It all depends on the people involved and the F word-feelings. There is no one that is going to be telling you when its ok and when its not. It is your decision. Just remember you are in charge of how you want this to go. If the feeling and moment and person is right and you are both of a respectable age, go ahead. Dont be fooling around at 3rd base if you are just turning like 14 or something. Go with your gut and...what would you like to look back on as an adult and be proud?
