My community is about 99% Aboriginal (ie.: First Nations/ North American Indian, Metis... whatever term you are familiar with) and 1% Other. Just curious.

I live in Fremont Calif, and it seems to be most of all Indian and Asians and Mexicans I grew up here in the Bay Area and it has changed by I would say 90% its hard to go some where and find someone who speaks English, Im not against any other race it just makes me feel that Im out of place in my own home..

where I live it is 99.9% redneck, cousin dating, tobacco chewing, coon hunting, moonshine drinking, cow tipping, boot wearing, horse riding, good 'ol boy, country to the bone, hee haw loving folks with mullets and pocket knives for gutting fish. Don't get me wrong now. These folks are loyal to the bone. Why just last week I saw a truck going down the road with a rebel flag painted on the side. Reacon we should tell 'em the Civil War is over?

Then you are lucky! In most places in the U.S. Native people make up less than 1% of the population (unless you are living on a reservation and still the numbers wouldn't usually be that high)

suburbs outside NYC: the makeup in my community is approximately 15% Hispanic, 40% white, 45% African American

On my reservation we do not allow the buffalo people. We have found that they bring drugs and disease with them. We perfer that they stay in the North with their own kind.
