nba players, how often do they come along(years)?

like people say greg oden comes like once every ten years, i was just wondering what you think of these players of how often they come along in years

kevin garnett
rashard lewis
dirk nowitzki
shaquille o'neal
pau gasol
lamar odom
lebron james

kg, dirk, lebron and shaq...those four are pretty rare players. they dont come around very often. especially shaq. ive never seen a man that size as quick as he was. kg and bron are just genetic freaks. and dirk, well he shoots lights out like bird and is 10x more atheletic.

lewis,gasol and odom are very good players but u'll see players like that more down the road than the first four.

u can always tell how great a player is said to be when the next crop of draftees and talent are given the tags 'the next' or 'baby' (the next jordan, baby shaq,etc)

while with the good players they usually say he 'reminds me of' or ' his game is like'

that is the category i think odom, gasol and lewis fall into. very good talent but by no means someone that comes along evry decade or so.
