In the financial dimension, yes.

Dimension doesn't mean physical or temporal specifically, in a general sense, its a reference to scope, scale or importance of an issue.

Its most likely used in physics and math. However, you see the term used in reference to the playmate of the month. That said, finances can just as well have dimension to it.
