yes it is, most all web cams come with a program to use with it and their should be a capture option

One possible way (although not necessarily the best) is to open up your webcam window and press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard to "snap" a picture.
Then paste the resulting screenshot into an image-editing program like Microsoft Paint, and crop out anything you don't want.

well you could describe the clothes like what size it is is the back round yellow or white and if there are designs, name the designs no one said you had to take a picture, i was looking up taylor swift concert tickets on ebay and some ppl had no photo btw plz answer mine, about book opinions plz

windows has built in software that does that. don't know where it is though...
