Because they don't like other people and want them to get sick. Are you being silly? People don't MAKE viruses, they are part of this world, people only get viruses, they don't make them.

Because they can't do anything about themselves or maybe some sort of revenge or something. In short, they're sick and needs a can of sanity. :)
