Hey Miley i have a question for you "do you have a blond sister or is it you who plaze Hannah Montana?

I just wanted to know if it was you who played Hannah because i was looking at a picture of you 'Miley' and a picture of Hannah and you like kinda different.

Odd question to ask. In the show you can see her changing to become Hannah Montana. No tricks. So until we get the final word from Miley herself, best to bet on the fact that she plays Hannah Montana.

Yes Miley plays Hannah Montana. She wears a wig while she's Hannah. Thats why her hair is blonde.
