My friend and I have both been feeling like we were on our periods but no blood. Could it mean that we are pregnant, even though i havent had sex in almost three months, or can you period happen without the blood?

It could be premenstrual cramping. This happens to me sometimes you could also miss a period and just go through the stages with out blood. If this happens again you should see a dr.

If you have had unprotected sex this is a 90/OUT OF A HUNDRED your with child. If its been more than three months since you've seen blood go to womens health clinic or your doctor asap. If you wait to long than your options available to you are limited also go to your parents now and let them be aware of your situation for you are still their baby and if something is wrong health wise they will never forgive themselves for you feeling afraid to tell them and for failing as parents.

NO, if you dont bleed you didnt have your period. You could be pregnant, your period and pregnancy can have some of the same symptoms, Get tested.

It might just be PMS that you are experiencing (cramps, moody, etc.). There should be blood, however, or you're not really having your period. Check with your doctor if you period doesn't really come soon.

What are you 12 - how can you know this little about your own body and think you are pregnant. You cannot have a period w/out a discharge. I cant believe there are 2 of you pondeing this!

If your body isn't producing enough progesterone you will not bleed. My doctor just explain that to me last week. You can either apply a progesterone cream or find the cause of the lack of it.

no blood no period check in see have pregancy been ruled out first. you could be 3 months pregant

i doubt your pregnant... you would have known by now for sure... and it is weird that you and your friend are both having the same problem...I have had that problem before and it was normal.
