Your gasket has blown, take the top off and renew the gasket.

replace the gasket, every point on that engine where metal meets metal is going to have a gasket or a seal especialy if it contains oil

Could be a defective casting and a pin hole leak has evolved or a bad gasket.

Check the spark plug before you take it down,it may just need to be tightened a little

Buy new valve covers and piston rings. That should take care of it.
