Having high blood pressure causes decreased blood flow to the placenta. Does this mean the baby will be brain damaged or anything on top of being smaller than the average baby?

I had high blood pressure during all of my pregnancies. All my babies were healthy, and normal weights. If you have high BP then doctors definitley will watch it closely.

If your on any prescription drugs or any medication, continue taking it when your suppose to, don't ever be lazy to take it because doing so isn't good. The drug or medicine is to keep your blood pressure normal so your body is pretty much just the same as all the normal people. So you won't have to worry about that.

No I don't think so, your doctor will be keeping a good eye on you and if your blood pressure gets a little too high you will be hospitalised until it gets stable, make sure you get plenty of rest.
