Sure can. Well, it may take a long time, depending on where your skills are at.

Do Oboro Mode. You unlock it after buying Mizuki. Attack as many clones as you can for mass coins. I only recommend using a character you're really good with, or one thats easy to use.

Zabuza's easy to use in this mode, the sword can slash multiple clones.
Gaara's easy to use, his d.A attack can make them get away from you if you need some space, and the sand can attack multiple clones in f.A.

Or, Kyuubi Naruto works good. But, since you are looking for money, I'll assume you haven't bought him yet.
