if i marry someone with a sister does that mean that my grandma is their grandma? and does it mean that my aunt is their aunt? i was reading a book and this question popped into my head

This is unrelated to marrying someone with a sister. If you marry your cousin, and your cousin has the same grandma, then you have the same grandma. If your cousin's aunt is also your aunt, then it means your aunt is your cousin's aunt. If your aunt is your cousin's mother, then your aunt is not your cousin's aunt.

all ur husband's/wife's family membvers will all become ur in laws. So if u married a guy, and he had a sister, she would be ur sister in law. so what ever he calls them like mom, or aunt, u say that, just add an in law at the end. hope that helped

Yes in-laws. grandmother in- law and aunt in-law. ect.ect. if you looked at it a different way your husband becomes your brother. if your husbands sister becomes your sister in-law. doesn't that make him your brother in- law too...in a wierd way ..... but yes is the answer to your question.

no, relatives are not transferrable via marriage. Howeverm if a child were to be produced, it would be their great aunt and great grandmother, respectively.

Kinda sorta. It all depends on how close the family is. My girlfriend's grandfather is almost like my grandfather. Only a grandfather I drink with.

usually they would just be direct with you.....eg your spouses grandmother would be your grandmother by marriage but no relation really
