i would highly suggest and recommend going to a computer professional who deals witha nd know how to handle those type of computer issues and anything else computer related

you cant fix a hard drive by yourself, or else the drive wont work, you have to give it to the professional to fix it. With you, with no experience you may damage the hard drive and will not work.
