You have to boot from a bootable utility disk and run a program called FDisk. FDisk will let you delete existing partitions and establish a new giant one.
You will lose everything on your hard drive. I mean everything, permanently.
Also, some BIOS can not handle partitions over a certain size. Make sure you know if you have such limitations (i.e. there might be a very good reason why the are multiple partitions on your drive).

considering the fact that your working device is likely on one in each of those partitions the only way would be to format and initiate over. as quickly as a partition is desperate up, that is there as quickly as you load records into it. Messing with the partition that has the OS on it ought to reason it to bypass haywire besides. i'd advise setting up your partitions in 2 drives, one (C:) because of the fact the grasp at approximately 30GB with your OS, and the 2d (D:) at approximately 90GB. Or purchase an exterior force to load the report on.

You have to refomat it. If data on your hard disk is corrupted it is advisable to format the hard disk and reinstall the operating system (usually Windows XP). If a new hard disk is used, you may prefer to partition the hard disk into 2 or more drive. The operating system is installed on the first drive and a backup of the data is stored on the second drive More details at http://fixit.in/format.html

Start up with floppy or CD and use fdisk and delete all partitions one by one then then create one primary partition and format it.
Note: you are going to lose all data on the computer.
