If you are truly sorry, and know this in your heart, why for heaven's sake would you be in the mood to swear at them? Apologizing for something that comes from the heart. No one made you feel bad...you have towon your own reactions to what someone said You can choose to let them make you feel bad, or slough it off...it sounds you chose to let them get under your skin.

I know exactly how you feel. Some people are hard not to cuss at! :) I think that if you want to apologize to someone like that, it is best to do it in a very simply worded note. Email isn't as good in my opinion - a note makes the person feel like you're being very serious. Something like "I'm very sorry that I (fill in the blank) and hope that we can remain friends. Fondly," The thing about a note is that you don't have to talk to the person but then it's in writing, so you don't want to write anything that could possibly be construed unpleasantly. Because if it can be, you can bet the person receiving it will show it to everyone and try to continue the fight. Good luck.

I don't know. If a person said they were sorry to me and cussed at me at the same time, I'd probably be confused unless I was a real butt head and knew it for sure. So, that is a call you have to make. Asying it and cussing is not really cool but, you know yourself best. Good luck.

then maybe you're not really sorry! I would wait until you've slept on it for a few and then if you're still not able to be nice write them a note editing out the cuss words

Saying sorry is hard. but your always going to hurt someone's feeling's when you apologize.
