i was taught the V-W method. B=left hand ring finger (4). c#=middle(3). d#-index(2). e=thumb(1) f#=ring(4) g#=middle(3) a#=index (2). b=thumb. never use the pinkie.

Rachmaninov deplored this chord, preferring the second position of Eb augmented. I'm not sure.
