I don't think they are. Granted there are hateful people out there but there are also lots of other kinds of people, fearful, trusting, loving, cautious you name it. Generally hateful people feel hated so they try to get you before you get them. Often you can disarm them completely with a smile or a simple gesture. Practice random acts of kindness and see what happens. You can attract another kind of people to you by acting the way you'd like them to act. It's natures law of attraction. Read The Secret. It's all in there and it's not really a secret. It's been around for centuries but people keep forgetting about it.

The first experience a person has from being birthed is pain and fear(you never hears of a baby laughing at birth). From the instant of birth everything is a struggleand this leads to anger.Since these are our first impressions of life they are the most lasting and control our nature. The older we get the more we learn to control these dark and negative emotions, but can never be free of them for the simple reason that life is a struggle.Even rich people have to struggle in little ways, like waiting for an elevator.
Waiting for someone to answder the pkone on the 2ng ring instead of the fifth ring....granted these are very small incidents but they are a struggle. Our will was not met instantly ,we had to wait. Its the life itself that makes us hateful.
