Find a high place, cliff if you're outside or top of a building if you can. Get out your sniper rifle and aim for the head. It takes a couple shots but it is a good, safe method. Just dodge the shots at you. If you have no way of getting higher, keep a fair distance and use human made guns. The covenent made guns are O.K. but the human made guns do most considerable damage. I suggest shotgun.

Aim for the orange spots (theres no armor there)

for Halo 1 get behind them and shoot the with the pistol in the orange part. seriously i loved that the pistol was the most powerful weapon in that game.

shoot them once in the back.. between the armor. the fleshy glowing orange spot. That'll kill them instantly.

ok, i might be aa girl but i play halo, if u want to kill them fast, get thier blood level low. (but mins is in chinese, so it might be diffrent)

Not really, Keep your distance and use your plasma grenades.
