you should eat a peppermint, because it is clincally proven they it will calm your nerves
or banana becuase of the potassium in it
or you can listen to music something calm and soothing like classical...

well im on a swimteam and when im about to race aginst some one i get really nervous and i feel like i have to pee.but when the blow horn thing rings and i get in the pool and start swiming it all goes away cuz im focusing on winning.
soo basically focus on w/e you want to do and see if it helps when you get nervous. it always helps me.

well if your nervous DEFINITLY AVOID COFFEE.... anyways coffee could make you nervous or make you more nervous

pace around& then get something to eat,look out window,check for snow,or temperature,eat again,etc.
