how do i clean saltillo tile?

There is a bunch of general gunK and stuff on it, and also some misplaced grout/cement. Also, how do I polish it once it is clean? Thanks for you help!!!!

You take some Oxy-Clean and and rubt it on the floor with a cloth and rubber gloves. Polish by buffing with a cloth very hard.
