It is about a five hour flight with no stops so if you leave Minn at 9 pm then that makes it 7 pm in Vegas. So then that should get you there at about 12 am Vegas time or 2 am MN time I live in Northeast Iowa and its a 5 hour flight from here so I would guess its about the same amount of time from there.

If your flight is taking off at Minneapolis / St. Paul (MSP) airport at 9:00 pm, you should be arriving in Las Vegas McCarren Int'l (LAS) between 10:20 to 10:40 pm (Las Vegas local time) since the scheduled flight time from MSP to LAS varies from 3 hours and 20 minutes to 3 hours and 40 minutes flight depending on the airline.

FYI - since Minneapolis (Central Standard Time) is 2 hours ahead of Las Vegas (Pacific Standard Time)
