For facial surgury usually a woman would have a very tight look to their face as if the skin has been stretched.
For breast implants usually the breasts begin at the armpit.

Look for the scars. There are some very good surgeons doing some very good work. But there is always a scar somewhere. They just may not be easy to find.
Breast implants are inserted thorough small incisions under the breast, the armpit or under the nipple and inflated with silicone or saline solution throught a tiny tube and the incision is closed.
Facial surgery has much more options but there is scar, however minute or hard to find, somewhere.

it takes an expert or some before/after knowledge.
if you can remember what she looked like before or see old photos, then you will notice the difference if it was facial surgery.
breast implants will usually sit high on the chest (natural ones have a little sag) and be perfectly round like a ball (natural ones have a teardrop shape) the skin around them will also be unusually tight like its about to rip or something.

Classic signs are:
Their eyebrows are too high.
They have scars behind their ears, where the skin was pulled from and excess removed.
Their breasts don't change shape when they are lying down or reclining.
They look younger than they did a year ago. No moisturiser will reverse ageing, no matter they claim.

The only way would be to look for the faded scars...although a good surgeon will not leave facial scars or breast augmentation scars...so you probably wouldn't be able to tell unless the surgeon was a hack.

well most the time you can just tell! It's real obvious. Breast implants are the easiest to tell! If they have huge *** boobs and can still get away with not wearing a bra and are still perky... then they are fake!

Breasts look round on top. Fake breasts are gross to me, but maybe the good jobs are undetectable by eyesight.
