No she is out of line, Emawee, just ignore her. I feel your pain, we spoiled kids have to really put up with a lot of nonsense from jealous people and it can be stressful.

She is jealous. Some friends are like that. Just ignore her. She just wants your attention and if you just don't give it to her, she will get over it. Jealousy if an evil, stupid thing but we have all been jealous of at least one thing or person in our lives. You should not worry unless you were bragging about it. Do not act like you are better than her if you are getting cool stuff, just bring it up in a normal conversation, not like "Oh My God! I am getting new stuuf!" right out of the blue, which I doubt you did.

Well, hon, maybe your friend, who doesn't have all the nice things you have, thinks you're bragging. If I had the money, I would spoil my kids too. Thing is, you know it bothers your friend so just don't bring it up anymore. You probably don't realize you're doing it but it's very hurtful and frustrating when a person is struggling to get by and their friends just keep getting more and more stuff.

my dad spoils me too and i am burdened by it because my friends know that i don't want to brag but then they ask me what i got for Christmas or for my birthday then they kinda get mad even though i don't rub their faces in it, i am very nice about it. it's just a burden spoiled kids have to bear... the burden of jealousy

I think that she sees it as you are rubbing it in her face. You obviously get what ever you want and that makes you a spoiled brat. Not everyone can get what they want and some people are just happy with what they have. Maybe apologize to your friend for rubbing it in and tell her it won;t happen again

well if my friend did that, i would be kind of mad at her
not because she has it, but how u might of came off as rubbing it in her face
but i see how u act on Y!A and it isnt that nice
but u are probably nice in real life,
so maybe you could buy her a little thing
or have a day together
or just explain that u didnt mean it rudely.
have a great day =]

You should be very happy that you father can afford those luxury's for his little girl alot of fathers can't. And if your friends can't be happy for you than they are not really your friends are they?
you people fck me up so what if she is spoiled or bragging can't she be proud of her fathers money? That's what America uses to determine how important a person is. Its OK for a Gay person to shout it from the roof tops without concern for the straight people, It's OK for a black person to tell it to the world without care of how it makes a white person feel so why should a rich person hide for fear of what a poor person might feel. This is the land of opportunity if you want it get it ask Michael Jackson ( white and rich) get out and work and everyone can have a new computer and flat screen for their room.

you're right, it's not your fault that your daddy gets you everything you want, but it's also not her fault her parents can't or won't buy her what she wants. try having some consideration for the way other people feel when their friends go around bragging about everything they get.

shes jealous its normal for young girls to feel that way.. Shes not really mad at you she just is jealous that her parents don't get her everything she wants. Its a stage for young girls eventually she will grow out of it and see that it doesnt matter what you have it is who you are
