When I try speeking on my microphone headset, they don't hear me.What is my problem.?

It might be muted. You can check in control panel > sounds and audio devices > advanced, or, if the little speaker icon is down by the clock you can double click it and find what you need.

Open your volume control, and see if the mike is muted.
