What if what I see is different than what you see, so what I look like isnt what I think what you think I look like its how you think I look like and vica versa.

That's exactly how it is. There really isn't a reality; only people's perceptions. Have you ever had an experience where you remembered something totally different from what someone else in that exact same experience remembered.

that has been an age old philosophical question that has been answered many times.

Physical sights appear the same to everyone. How big your face is, how dark you are, how long your nose is etc, all these appear the same to everyone. You will not find an instance where someone sees your nose as 4cm long and someone else sees it as 20cm.

So the old saying "what you see is what you get" applies here. Physical sights are universal
