Nipples?... not significantly. Breasts? Absolutely

Once you start nursing, they may come out a bit, but that will depend a lot on the newborn's suction ability.

I have extremely small nipples, and I breastfed my son and he was as healthy as can be. I dont remember them actually getting any bigger though. And my nipples are also very sensitive a blanket touching them drives me nuts as well. So when I was breastfeeding my son I would grind my teeth or do something that would take my mind off that feeling They did kinda get sore but they were still sensitive, I just use this cream you cant get(sorry I forget what's it called) and it was very helpful. My nipples never went brown either.

yes pregnancy does change your nipples and the color to a dardker then usual shade of brown you need to talk to your doctor if your nipples are that sensative you may want to reconsider its not a bad thing not to breast feed if your body is not able so take care have a healthy baby and an easy labor too

breast feeding will make them bigger....also u may loose your sensitivity while breast feeding b/c they get really sore. my friend breast fed and she said hers were so sore that they would crack sometimes and bleed sometimes. Her doctor suggested a very heavy lotion and baby oil...which helped but while breast feeding her husband wasn't "allowed" to touch them b/c they hurt so bad.

After breast feeding though they did heal and get better...i'm assuming they have more of a....ummm lol...active part now in the sexual act.

Good Luck with the baby! :)

Yes, the get bigger and darker. They can be vary sensitive and even painful at times while breastfeeding. my best advice would be to bite the bullet now and let hubby suck on them and just try to get used to it. Grin and bare it so to speak.
