Did you HAVE to ask? This happened to me today, for real. I was going through some things and ran across, of all things the PULL CHAIN and decorative thingie from a ceiling fan. There goes my mind, back in time, to when my husband installed ceiling fans in every room in the house. This particular pull was a pretty one and I remembered going to the store and choosing these for our living room so we didn't have the plain old ugly wooden ones. It kinda threw me for a loop, remembering how we had picked out these little objects together, compromising till we got ones we both liked. Such little things, but they can mean so much.....

The older I get the more this happens...right now I'm feeling nostalgic about a car I had when I was pregnant with my first daughter...it was a "69 red mustang convertible...it got stolen and the thieves took EVERYTHING off it..even the door-lock knobs.
