Im also 34 weeks and have had some hot flashes. Im assuming it has to do with pregnancy, although I cant remember that happening with my other pregnancies. But all are different. Everyone else will be freezing and Im sweating!

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant, and started having hot flashes around 12 weeks or so. I was told by my doctor that it is very normal, as long as your blood pressure isn't high.
I stay hot, and there isn't much I can do about it, except stay under an air conditioner, or fan. I have a hard time going shopping, or to my doctors office because I get so hot I feel like I am about to pass out. I usally carry around something with me to fan myself. That helps a lot.
Hope this answer was what you were looking for...

Have you taken your temp to make sure it is not just internal? If it is not just internal then you will know if you are sick with a virus or flu...if it is just internal call your doctor and see what they have to say....I have not heard of this, I know the body temp rises during pregnancy but never heard of hot flashes...

I certainly think of that's common. i'm 31 weeks and characteristic been having loopy warm flashes the final couple of days. that's driving me loopy. i will purely get great warm out of no the place. i do no longer think of there is plenty you're able to do approximately it.. purely drink or consume some thing chilly. that would desire to help some! :)
