You should probably quit getting your medical care out of the back of a non-descript work van, by a guy named Dr. Feelgood. And seeking legal counsel from a bunch knobs like us on this site.

I had a doctor do something similar to me when I was nursing my daughter I had such a severe headache, that I was sure I had had a stroke. He removed my bra and was only interested in my breasts. You don't saw how old you are. If you are under 18, you will need your parents to help you. If they won't help, speak to a school counselor. You need to write to whoever that doctor works for and the state medical board.
My town had an office called the "Women's Place". It had referrals on doctors in the area.
I found this doctor did lots of inappropriate things. He paralyzed several other pregnant women by wrongly administering a spinal tap.
Don't pay this creep!
The doctor who I had a problem with, gave me medicine you should not take when you are nursing a baby. I also called the local county attorney and got some free advice there.

I'm not sure what to say about that. If all you were there for was a flu shot then, there should have been no need for him to lift your shirt and especially pull your bra down. That would make me feel like that too. I would seek an attorney's advice. Make sure you get one that is completely on your side and will tell you if what the doctor did was wrong and where you should go from there. Hope you get it resolved.

If you are being serious, you need to report this doctor immediately. You should not have had to take off your bra for him to examine you. You were there for a flu shot, so this is very odd that he even needed to examine you anyway.
Sometimes doctors do need to be through with their exams as there are different chambers of the heart, but he should not be pressing on your breast tissue, staring at your breasts or pulling down your bra down to do so.
You need to report him immediately, you need to stop this from happening to anyone else.
Take care.

In today's world a doctor always has a female nurse in attendance when a female patient is exposed. If he (or she) does not do so they are left open to accusations both true and false of this sort.
As you describe it, is sounds like he did something inappropriate to say the least. I suggest telling your mother. Then see how far she wants to pursue this. If you and she feel strongly, you can write a letter to the State Medical Society. This is a very strong step to take, so you must consider it well before doing so.

The doctors don't give the flu shots the nurses do. If this is a true post then call or email the head of the clinic where the doctor works and report him but I doubt this post is real since nurses normally give all of the shots.

This could be a very hard thing to prove. You could actually be asking for more trouble than what it's worth. First off, are you a minor? Second, were you alone with him in the exam room? I'm not sure, but I think when a female is being examined, there has to be another female in the exam room while it's taking place. Good luck

You do not mention your age or your sister, wasn't an adult with you? mom or dad? You should report this to the head of the Dr's office and ask that he be reprimended. If the first person does not listen, make a police report so that this doctor can be investigated

Where do doctors get off touching people? One looked up my a ss recently. A nurse held my wrist and looked at her watch for at least two minutes. Someone in a shoe shop touched my foot. I won't mention what happened at my tailors when I was measured for a new pair of pants. It's a jungle out there.

Why would he chest your breasts when giving you a flu shot? The flu shot is in your hip, right?
