i had a hub (linksys) which was connected to 2 laptops. now one of the laptops can not go online.
do u know what i should do?

unplug the router and modem for 30 seconds thenplug them back in after all the lights are on restart all computers andtry to go online

After you've done what smith and loyal recommend, if it still does not work, then call Linksys. I think you have a router not a hub, but either way, it's probably an IP conflict and that would be the router or hub not in DHCP mode (maybe).

Sounds like an IP conflict to me. Power off the cable modem and the hub for two minutes and turn them back on.

Call Roadrunner tech support.

Tip: You should have set up a home network in Windows before connecting the 2nd PC.

You should call Road Runner if you can get anyone to answer. Good luck on that. This is obviously a problem created by the change to them.
