We want to do a road trip to Vegas and want a good mid-point place to stay. What town and what hotel is the best choice?

okay, the "grinning" dude with the fireman's hat is a moron. the cities he mentioned are NOT between vegas and denver. he's an idiot. it's only like 10 hours ( i've driven it 3X ) from denver to vegas. if you HAD to stop you pretty much have grand junction in colorado or cedar city in utah. after that there really isn't anything until st. george, utah. that's about 2 hours outside of vegas. honest, dude...just do it in a straight shot and be done with it.

umm its a 10 hour drive, if you have two people you dont need to stop. but you can also get roundtrip airfare for like around 100 each, so weigh that against everything else. never driven because airfare is so cheap. if you book about a month ahead you can get a weekend with airfare for around 300 each, right now. but if you dont have that kind of time at least book your hotel now as the prices change daily and they can swing several hundred dollars each day.

I second the stop in Cedar City Utah.

Beautiful place, lots of places to stay this time of year.

Beaver Utah. is quite and good places to eat also.
