You don't. The serpentine belt is automatically tensioned by the spring loaded idler pully next to the P/S pump.
There is an arrow and an oblong marker on the casing of the tensioner and the arrow must be inside the oblong area. If is not replace the belt and make sure all the various pullies and bearings are in good order.
