when you really know what you know, you won't be wondering around wondering how do you know that you know.

It's called intuition, awareness, and confidence, not intelligence.

This is the same problem we find when trying to figure out if we're arrogant or not before someone else tells us. Fortunately, this IS determinable without having to worry about being a perfect omniscient person. First, you define your own values and figure out how to implement (not defend them). Then, as long as you are implementing those values you are not arrogant even if others believe, think, or treat you as egotistical. As long as you hold to your values you are in the right. We may adjust our values in order to get along, but holding onto those values determines if we're right.

From here, we can say we are faithful/ aware/ confident about what we know because everything is relative. All of the observations we make are perceived by our own minds and we cannot distinguish between a hallucination and reality on our own. HOWEVER, if we act upon and believe in everything which we perceive, the world will present us with everything that exists and all the information required to understand itself; it is only a matter of time until the process is complete. We adjust our perceptions (AND how we perceive) to comply and conform with society because we believe that society is better at understanding truths than individuals and that society is taking in and processing information better than ourselves independently.

So if we turn out to be wrong about something, we aren't actually wrong; we were just taking an unneccesarily long time to find the right answer in another person's (or group's) opinion.

First you have to assume an objective universe. When the objective universe "echos" what we think we know, then we can conclude it is a fact. Once we have a fact we can make a prediction. If it is fulfilled, then we have confirmed the objective universe.
