The only way we can get "rid" of him is to recall him and the only way we have right now to do that is through impeachment. As it stands at this juncture if that were to happen, we would then be stuck with the puppet master Cheney at his full wrath. I know the country would not be able to survive that.

The reason why we have a process is so everyone has a fair chance to vote and speak their mind in a way. It's not a perfect system, but considering the midterm elections, it works.

I'm not at all a Bush or Cheney fan, but they should have the opportunity within their terms to do things as they see fit. If the American public feels he's doing a bad job, they should vote someone in different. It would cause chaos to simply remove someone carte blanche.

People had the opportunity to replace him in 2004 and chose not to. People will have to live with that choice until 2008.

Bush has committed no crimes while in office, and will not resign, so, he cannot be impeached. You are quoting the Declaration of Independence which has no legal bindings other than acknowledgment that the United States is a country. The constitution was developed under this philosophy, but is self serving. In the history of the US, anyone who has rebelled against the US, to abolish a government that violates their rites, has been killed because the constitution allows the government to do so. (I am not a conspiracy theorist, I am just reporting on fact) This means that liberals like Bush (yes that's right he is very left winged) cannot be removed.

Not that simple and I doubt if the democrats could get a 2/3 majority if it came to trial in the house! No president has ever been impeached, including Clinton! They tried but didn't succeed!

Bush will be charged in '08 and I expect he will be facing some charges of crimes against humanity when he leaves office! Maybe that is why he bought a 100,000 acres of land in South America where we are paying US Military to guard it!

There is a process in the Constitution. It can be costly also if Bush is kicked out we'd be stuck with Cheney which would be like going from the frying pan into the fire.

My worst thought right now is Bush being impeached or killed, or even stepping down. Not because I like Bush by any means, but I absolutely detest Cheney.

Bush I consider misled, and misguided. If I were going to call anyone Hitler-like, it would be Cheney.

Funny. We want to be Top Dog in the world, but we want to be liked as well. You see, that's the problem: American Imperialism is good for us; it just happens to be shitty for a lot of other people on the planet. Anyway, we get another electoral shot at POTUS soon.

Nobody (in america) knows what that is, most probably think its a communist quote. The people of this nation are far too lazy and cowardly now days to ever do as was done against england back then.
