Why is it between 23-28 we go crazy is it because we don't know who we are yet and will it end

Not everybody that age is such a mess. It will end if you change. At that age, it's not too late too change. Most won't change completely, but the ones that go on to work in regular jobs, have kids, and take on other responsiblities are generally forced to grow emotionally.
Ms. Spears has the fortune and misfortune of working in an industry in which she never has to grow up, and so long as she's bringing in money, there are all sorts of people around her to cater to her stunted emotional development.
It doesn't mean she won't get better, but it won't be her job or financial difficulties that force her to look too deeply within herself.

Good question. But the answer could just be that Britney is a ditz.
I saw the video with her and K-fed stoned and talking about "time travel." K-fed is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but Britney makes him look like a friggin' genius!

I think she's doin' it for attention.......she wasn't gettin' any attention so she figured she'd do something totally weird and unexpected to get back in the news!!! lol ;D

I don't think its because she is trying to find herself...I think its that she has tried too many drugs....
