How much cost a low rise elevator for a 3 level small building?

I need one for my my clients, 3 floor building,
4 person will be ok.
Otis or similar,
and low cost........

Your question is as clear as....mud
Low cost...In Nabia it would cost you 100 Guria a foot, if made with bamboo. In Uraguay the cost would be 10,580 UPesos for two (three meter stories. In the Phillippines (last year) it would cost you 7,000$P per storey during the dry season, and 13,000$P during the rainy season. I have doubt in my mind that your question, as asked, can be answered by anyone except your mind-reader.
