How much cost a low rise elevator for a 3 level small building?

I need one for my my clients, 3 floor building,
4 person will be ok.
Otis or similar,
and low cost........

Our school recently installed a new hydraulic elevator in a new addition, the cost is around $30,000 a floor. I'm sure that is pretty regional though, so you might want to ask local contractors.
