Why are we so interested in Anna Nicole Smith's death?

People in Iraq are dying by the hundreds every day, yet so much of what we see in the news is about Anna Nicole Smith. Does anyone care about what's going on in Iraq?

I don't know about the clown face video with Anna Nicole Smith, but it could have come out before she had died, long before. If it's come out recently, then maybe her death has messed up Howard K. Stern's mind so much that he's started doing crazy things. Hopefully he'll recover soon enough, he is such a sweet man!

Anna Nicole is mostly curiosity and a reprieve from the daily grind we live with. I think most people feel there is nothing they can do about either situation and who can dwell on the war as a daily item?

We do care about what is going on in Iraq, but hearing about one thing for so long gets you depressed. We don't want to know that there are hundreds of people dying everyday. It just makes you sad. While Anna, people don't know how she died, who did this to her, and why someone would. In Iraq, we know exactly why and how.

Anna was likely a confused soul but probably a decent person in many ways. Her media personality was totally ignorant despicable and tasteless. She, like J-Lo, Brittney, and many more are talentless sluts that inspire young girls into becomming schemimg little whores that are an embarassement to society. I wish her close family well in their time of grief. I also feel glad were rid of the media version of yet another talentless slut. And lastly, I wish our troops godspeed in safely returning home from serving our governments demand on their lives.

People are interested because firstly, she was 39. Thirty nine year olds don't just drop dead. Secondly, they are interested because of the recent death of her son. They both died so close together, both young. The whole situation seems a little suspicious. Maybe there was foul play, maybe not. Anyway it's the media's job to make a story out of anything, even if they are treading into someones personal life.
