there are numerous medicines that will take care of that. The membranes inside of the nose are swollen and that is why you are stuffed up. Sprays can be very addictive so you might like ibuprofen which is an anti inflammatory

Get rid of the nose? Haha (joke!)
Seriously though, have you had a stuffy nose for a long time? Do you sneeze a lot in the morning? If the other answers don't help, then I'd suggest a visit to an ENT clinic (Ears, Nose & Throat).
I had the above symptoms for quite some time and the doctor at the ENT clinic cauterised my nose. That was about 50 years ago and I've not had that problem since.
Hope things work out for you.

get vapo rub, or anything with menthol and either rub it on your chest before going to bed or try breathing some of the fumes.
you can also drink mint tea with lemon, that always does the trick for me.
for serious stuffy nose, try saline flush. you take a table spoon of salt and mix it with about a cup of warm water. dilute the salt and, here comes the fun part, sniff it up your nose until it drains down your throat. don't swallow it - spit it out. it hurts like heck but after two or three times of that, it'll clear your stuffy nose.
you can also try acupressure. take your pinky and press it against the bottom side part of your nose, right on the edge, and press real hard. then, put your fingers right where the eyebrows end, on the inner side, right above your nose and press real hard. that should give you temporary relief.

Try steam inhalation. Pour a hot water into a mug then inhale the steam. That will lossen the mucous secretion into your sinuses.
