Send your comments to all of the papers, magazines and websites where you would like to appear. 99% of them will probably reject or ignore your input, but if only one takes it, you have your foot in the door. A cover letter to the editors telling them about your background and/or your target audience will probably help. Another course is to start a blog where people can access your criticism and see how that goes. I wonder if there is a MySpace/movie critic?
