Want to load pictures from saved to phone folder?

Do you have to buy a cord or plug in to load pictures from your phone to your computer? I saved pictures on my phone and that won't let me upload pictures to internet album only pictures in the camera can be loaded? is there anyway to load pictures from saved to phone folder? or do i have to buy a plug in for that?

If your fone is a bluetooth or InfraRed enabled you can do it, if your LAPTOP or computer have either as well. otherwise a USB cable is needed.
