I sent a picture to my daughter but she didn't receive it but GPRS is on display on her phone and won't go away. we both have razors; i'm with sprint and she's with suncom. help

check your NETWORK setting, perhaps it's locked on GPRS ONLY., you can reset to AUTOMATIC or MANUAL.

It could be that you haven't set up the GPRS, below is a link with the set up options.

razrs really suck. i have not met one person that didn't have something wrong with theirs. and on top of that i have not met a single person with the same problem as someone else. i say go to a store, do you have insurance? call the company and tell them what happened and see if they need to be replaced, or maybe you just need to reset it or something.
