Type out your paragraph. Assuming you're using Word, triple-click somewhere inside the paragraph. This should select the entire paragraph (or you can click and drag from the beginning of the first word to the end of the last word in the paragraph). With the entire paragraph selected, click the Edit menu and select Copy (or press the Ctrl and C keys). Next, click once at the end of the paragraph to place the cursor at the end of the paragraph. Press the Enter key twice (or more) to add a blank line after the paragraph. With the flashing cursor one or more lines below the existing paragraph, select Edit > Paste (or Ctrl and V keys) to paste a copy of the paragraph. Again, place the cursor at the end of the 2nd paragraph, press the enter key twice, and then Edit > Paste .... and so on until you fill the page.

LEFT click AND HOLD your mouse button in front of the FIRST letter of the paragraph you want to copy, while still holding the LEFT button down, drag your mouse and highlight the paragraph. When the paragraph is highlighted, let go of the mouse button and RIGHT click somewhere on the highlighted part. click COPY and then up top open a NEW document and then RIGHT click and paste.
do this with each paragraph. :)

Not sure what you mean!! You mean to copy/print a section of a paragraph on a new page? If it is then you should highlight the paragraph then goto File-> Print then select print SELECTION.
