If you do undertand the "bell"? I am not sure I do thats why I'm asking why not explain then the four point part?? as then the four point is related possibly to the five sir.

A quick look at the budget of the military and all the wasted money in the military compared to that of education and science and you will see where America's priorities lie. It's all about power, money, and spreading our influence throughout the world. It's truly sad how our priorities are so out of whack, but people will always be greedy and power-hungry.

Since the US has a patent law, patent office and courts that have enforced patents thousands of times we DON'T value intellectual thievery. Until the neo-cons started giving the country away for a fast corruption buck we did value intelligence and still do to an extent, but more and more its the intelligence of foreigners our corporations are seeking, not Americans.
